Little Balloon Company is not liable for balloons once they are out of our care. We cannot gurantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, nails, foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.
Little Balloon Company uses only the highest quality balloons and materials. However, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated.
Balloon Care
To keep your balloons looking good for as long as possible please follow the steps below:
Keep balloons away from direct sunlight and warm places.
Helium expands with warm temperatures so balloons can burst if left in front of windows or cars.
Avoid very low temperatures too as they can affect the float time of the balloon, balloons prefer to be in comfortable room temperatures.
Keep balloons away from open windows, doors, and breezy spots as they can be blown against sharp objects and will burst.
Bubble Balloons if you follow the above guidelines your balloon should float between 8-14 days. The vinyl message will bubble or wrinkle slightly after 24 to 48 hours as the balloon slowly reduces in size, this is part of the the balloons natural "ageing process". and cannon be avoided. Please not we inflate the bubble 18 hours prior to pick up to make sure there are no defects.
Latex balloons
11" latex balloons last 2-3 days as all balloons are treated with hi-float.
Confetti balloons last about 24 hours.
Organic air filled displays and air filled balloons generally last for a couples of weeks but will not float.
Balloons are not a toy. Uninflated or burst balloons can present a choking hazard and should never be left with children under the age of eight without supervision.
Store balloons away from pets to ensure that they cannot get themselves tangled with balloon ribbons or accidentally ingest popped balloons or their decorative contents such as confetti, feathers, or other materials. If a balloon pops, clear away any broken balloons and its decorative contents (if applicable) immediately.
At the end of balloon's life, cut the end of the balloon with scissors to remove any air or balloon gas, then dispose of it in the biodegradable bin.
Never release balloons into the environment. All balloons become litter. They can get caught up in trees or power lines.
Remember - Don't let go & pin it and bin it!
Most balloons are made of natural rubber latex and may cause allergies. Please look out for symptoms in case of allergies and seek immediate help.
Inhaling helium can be dangerous and it is not recommended. It can deprive your body of oxygen and can result in a fatality.
All sales are final, we always make sure that inflated balloons meet high-quality standards. We guarantee that helium balloons last for 48 hours, 24 hours, or 12 hours. Please check product description, we always mention balloon floating time. Please not that we are not liable for punctures caused by you once you are in possessions of balloons and/or accessories. If product is defective (broken item), please let us know immediately.
For Rentals and balloon garland installations , we require a 50% non refundable deposit to hold your date. The remaining 50% will be due at delivery and installation.
If you book within a month of your event date, the entire amount will be due upfront.
